mackerel, salmon carpaccio, gnocchi

mackerel, salmon carpaccio, paprika herb with goat cheese gnocchi, hibiki whisky, tanqueray gin, and dessert. just loved it tonight. watching winter olympic games with some alcohol. family, folks, and that we can have them in our parents' home, it's just some miracles come together. i think world changes, people change, you change, that's why all become possible. how could i imagine a decade ago that my parents house can have many my favorite foreigners folks stay for more than a months taking baths, eating and drinking together, getting along. the folks even take out garbage and go shopping food for family and cook together. we are like more than a host family. hehe. :)

now, cozy in kotatsu with everyone, japanese, europeans, altogether. some still working on chinese folks government projects in their pcs. me too. i'm glad one of us just made wifi possible in all over this house. printers working, and etc...!!! decades change, people change. love it!
