totally arrhythmia & back pain

... still shocked and have arrhythmia of the flood scene from tv. tatooed in my brain.　i just hope everyone hold on to their mental and physical strength. be safe.

today, i had some errands after breakfast but taking it easy because of still back pain.

family went out downtown and had very early nice supper and came home. my back pain doesn't go away, i think it's getting worse, so i bought some medicine recommended by the store lady.

on sofa, listening to mozart. :))
