civil code 773 and 733

well, looks like a couple in shizuoka has filed a lawsuit against this issue.
although this stupid couple had received more than 4,000 negative booing yahoo news comments getting blamed for having such a low moral standard going out right after the wife separated with the ex husband and getting pregnant with a new guy before divorce. well, it's pretty embarrasing and is a shame indeed. (anyways, they've got dna tests and all these days, should be useful and court should solve these matters smoother than now.)

however, i consider this baby's father issue should be considered separately from the another stupid problem that women in japan can't get remarried for the next six months after divorce. it should come to an end soon, as this problem has been going on for a long time. (^_^)

last night had some beef with red and yellow paprikas in ginger flavor. slept really long. i must have been tired.

lovely weather today too. drinking lots of hot tea and doing some yoga.
