satomi ishihara is comin’ to shanghai

my japanese folk told me. for her show promotion.
however, this show is pretty grotesque, so might not be shown in china, then satomi ishihara coming to shanghai may be cancelled.

last night ate fish and tofu for protein.

very sunny day. did laundry on big stuff like bed sheets, matress. very nice. i sunbath for my back pain relief and overall health, but these days became tan again. hehe.

had a nice lunch at my favorite place.
went to a's office for talks and tmrw plans. got some free tickets.
ice cream and coffee at home.
always do things based on good reason.

some halloween party will be going on this wkend.
