and another toast with butter. spanish ham that folk gave me alot, so i gave half to another folk. hehe.

very sleepy today because last night, a folk gave me a midnight call about her life problem and i listened for a few hours. good she felt better when we hang up. i'm sure everything will be okay. she's such a sweet and bright person. life is long. take it easy and slow. (^_^)

now, i take medication and do streches.
