stomache swollen :(

last night, feel sorry that folks wanted to go out for billiard and drinks, but i had a strong stomache ache and blow up swollen, couldn't go. just stayed in bed, went to stay in bed. folk said from outside my room door "sandy come out." but i couldn't.

sorry folks!!! :(

today, i ate light brunch and then taking it easy on bed with heater turned on.
real hot shower and then streches. lots of hot tea.
