busy with couple of things. have a real good feeling about this.

for dinner, i went to buy a live shrimp in outside market, made gratin bread. first put some emental cheese with shrimp, white wine, garlic, onion tomato, mayonaise and so on, then sprinkled some parmesan cheese on top and baked it.

also roasted duck left over from last night. we put rosemary and extra virgin olive oil and tuck them into the oven as well.

both were very success and we all loved the taste.

talked many things. it's pre-christmas celebration. :))
