grand parents’ house with family
from afternoon.
boy... they are so vibrant with nothing wrong with their health.
i think my grandparents in the 90's are in similar shape with regular japanese people's in their 80's. hehe. :)
started out my day with frozen mixed berries, banana, lemon, soymilk, and yoghurt smoothies with a biscuit. then coffee.
at night m will join to bring me some souvenir.
