bokeboke memo

expat life

pretty anemiac today. rest and take it slow

tanktop season inside the house still. what a winter season. hehe. ;)

i've read an interesting article about 片岡鶴太郎 talking about his health, and how he takes about three hours of massaging his body and etc in the morning before he gets ready to go anywhere. he starts his day in bed doing massage around his ribs and stomache where all the intestines are stuck together when he wakes up in the morning. he says by doing this everyday, he thinks he can live more than a hundred years.

hehe. i can also see that he's lost quite bit of fat and looks skinny.
i agree in some part and wish to practice some of what he does.
i already do lots of stretches before i get up, or with taking a sip of coffee.
i think noone else but him can take three hours to do so every morning. :)

oh no. george michael. you were such a talented musician. we'll all miss you.
rip.

end of an era. my life, your life, everyone's life, there's your special end of an era.
we can only do our best. i'm grateful that i have a family that's there for eachother. i'm not a party girl type for sure, so it's important to me, that home is a comfortable place. :)
