牛筋芥菜飯 for folic acid & collagen

love 芥菜 bitter taste. the sauce sinks in when you cook it. finally a sweat shirt season inside home:( no more tank top in this southern island anymore until maybe march. colder at night... actually, it's not that south in map. hk is much more southern.

no interesting news. yunnan coffee at home. stretches after shower with some weleda aroma oil. lighting some scent that g and a gave me. so peaceful. :)
