やっぱあったかくなったらですな。pretty busy from the morning with folks. going to other small island (there are a few) for some other projects with a, a, and a. when i write this blog, i write i did something with "a" or "a" came to knock my door and came to hang out, or working with "a," and etc..., but actually there are about 4 "a." hehe.
this chinese old guy in the 80's used to be one of important guy in this province, so he knows so many people. so sometimes we do things together. on chinese new year eve, we foreign folks ate at his house. he is a very cool interesting guy that has so many old things and pictures of this town. tang dynasty poetry book and bible in minnanhua are a few of them. on chinese new year eve, he taught us and we read minnanhua poem together. ;)

ok, so in this island on other side from ours, after the meeting talking with folks and all. then this guy k is so annoying that everyone had argument with him. it happens sometimes, but he's like so immature and foolish. everyone agree we never saw someone like that. we think he has something similar to asperger. seriously. or maybe just spoiled by parents growing up, so we really talk about what kind of parents does he have, to have raised him with not discipline and education, and etc... definately not like our parents who brought up us more strictly!! really. it's kind of a disaster...:(
well, let's hope our day ends well. hehe. anyways, i want to eat biangbiang mian again tonite.

change of plan. made gapao rice using leftover pork, momen-dofu, and califlower. added real garlic and ginger and really tasted fantastic. hard tofu really works as minced meat when you made gapao. love the basil flavor. it smelled up the whole room though...
having after dinner coffee with this town's special dessert 拮紅糕。;)
