expat life

busy preparation and then 牛 and...!

then at night, i wanted to eat meat for energy, so we planned to go to german beer garden for schweinehaxe, big sausage, sauerkraut, and beers for dinner. but when we arrived, the place seemed closed down... so we walked toward the most hot neibourhood these days in small street, and decided to try the steak place, which opened. some of my folks told me good things about this place, and we know the malaysian owner so we decided to go there. before, he used to own hamburger place. then, some familiar folks were eating there already! hehe. canadian folks. the small place was popular. our next table was italian folks. i must say the taste was real good. happy we were able to talk with the owner again. infact, we were happy that the german place was closed so we went to this restaurant. thanx for dinner, folks! ;)

after dinner, i wanted to treat back the folks for a drink because they treated me dinner. so funny folks know my "katsu katsu" and often give me handmade bread, somethings, or treat me dinner. hehe. very appreciate. so we decided to go to where folks like these days. it was first time for me. this real behind street bar that is hidden and the entrance has a big door that looks just as a normal house. only people who know there can find that place. so i followed, then we went inside. it was so cozy like a normal house living room. folks ordered beer, and i ordered japanese brown sugar plum wine with ice. we were the only customers, so we had fun conversation with the taiwanese 老板. was nice. actually he is a ceo in science culture museum in daytime, so this hidden bar is only his hobby at night. seems he doesn't care about business or making money, he poured like a lot of plum wine to my glass and for so cheap. and when we leave, he even wants to make it free so he won't accept my money for while, but of course i insist paying, so finally he accepts. he really like us so told us to come again. hehe. that was a fun experience.

wonderful saturday. thought sometimes it's nice to dress up and put makeup to go out. ;)
