serotonin level balance

pretty good, which is a good thing. i wanna tell you guys that have had experienced panic attack or any human phobia kind of thing, i know how it feels. it's not only you, i've been there. :) in these times, these are some stuff that helps me. relaxing with herbal tea, massaging yourself with your favorite smell aroma oil, eating nice things, traveling, going to art museum or movies, sitting in the park on a sunshine day, taking a walk, taking long bath in not too hot temperature, and etc... all are slow life related things. and i hope you guys try these out. also, explain to close people around you. let's man man lai! 無理をしては、いけまちぇん!!

anyways, it's freezing today. still haven't bought stove yet. but the shrimp noodle and pork chaofan place was real fantastic last night and i got hooked. i want to eat there today as well. hehe. ;)

after dinner, folks and i went to walmart to look for pack of frozen french fries to make at home and eat with lots of ketchap and relax, but we couldn't find them. maybe it was sold in other foreign market. anyways, i made lemon tea and we watched "阿福 thomas." he's so good in shanghai local dialect. wow, i wish i can also speak minnan dialect like him. ;) i think what catches everyone's heart that he really has some way of speaking that chinese people will actually listen to him. good work thomas, keep up the great work! :)
