stretches, walk in the sun for health

the distance to shrimp noodle & shrimp fried noodle shop is the best distance to take a walk. not too long, not too short. there are some other shops to buy daily things on the way back too. bought new tea strainer, shampoo, and water.

many errands at home. shoulders and neck sore again. almost threw up. lay down on bed.

at night, knock. folks watched nice cozy relaxing movie together. i had bit of beer with cheese. that was long time since i had alcohol in long time.
