still rest and stretches since last wk's fatigue and killing back pain.

change of plans. looks like we are all dead since last saturday's fatigue.
stayed home and took delivery from the new noodle place. awful taste...
but anyways, watched cozy show and did lots of stretches after hot shower to my bad part of back pain.
