RIP to louis hay

RIP to louis hay. i didn't know that she passed away last month. i was very inspired by her and her affirmation teachings in my life. many world fans, she will always live in our hearts. :)

today, felt like earl grey tea. lots of vegetables. plan hotpot for dinner with asahi ponzu.

happy i gained some weight. people trying to make me eat a lot. hehe.

today, i'm really happy to find two bloggers that i enjoyed reading for long time disappeared for while, but they came back with new blogs.
