one yr since our akita trip hitch hike. went to see german and uk married couple working in akita since last yr as university professors last spring with european folks was real fun memory indeed. hehe. they might teach in kyoto in future, so we look forward to that.

today we took the new subway in this city for the first time. it was pretty long time they were having construction all over this town. but when we were in japan, it finally opened, and wow, it is so smooth. we went to eat lunch using the subway today. really really how this city is growing these yrs. amazed.
