so many foreigners in guangzhou

so many foreigners in guangzhou. bit surprised, we thought shanghai and beijing are cooler and have more cool people and places, but really found out how guangzhou is much better in that sense. many folks saying "wouldn't mind living here for couple of years." although, for me and some folks, our island city and hk are the still the coolest in ranking. hehe. :)

was nice, folk from europe that has own business met us up here and he brought very good camera, taking our pictures riding tuk-tuk in cool old back streets. we all wonder why we don't have tuk-tuk in our town. also, this person will head back to europe next wk, so we found some nice shop to buy cool chinese souvenirs for family and friends like small wooden buddhism bracelets and long necklace but more in cool design and good sense that foreigners like.

after nice expensive vegetarian restaurant, met many foreigners group in subway and by coincidence, one of our folks started talking with them and became friendly and all ended up the guangzhou expats taking us to cool expats bar streets together and hang out.
