外人かいわいは音響兵器の話で持ちきり:(。。先月上海出張時から外人用snsで流れてるけど。。ほんまかいな。怖い。。
anyways, i won a beachside japanese restaurant's "2kg tuna head grill dinner" set at the chinese sns again, so i am going with folks tomorrow night. huge tuna head is real delicious. basically three parts to eat. cheek meat, meat around the jaws, and meat on the top of the tuna head. some people like eating eye balls as well. i call to make a reservation one day before, because they said in sns winner's website that it takes them about 3hrs to prepare them. pretty excited about it. i hope they have ponzu. i still think the fatty tuna head meat should be pretty oily even fish oil is good for body, it still is a fat, and should not take too much. ponzu can wash off the fat when we eat. ponzu with radish will be the best. yeahhhhh 2kg tuna. :)

in the morning, did some packing and made 3 boxes more for the moving. folks making flight reservation so we can fly together on sunday for 10 days again and come back here again to do other projects. what a 2 city life!! :)
