fun dinner with long yr ex colleague folk in china. we go back long yrs. my parents met her a lot of times including even when dad comes to x without mom because he too much love this town almost bought an apartment. hehe. he buys us dinner all the time while he's visiting, he really likes her intelligence and sense of humor, we'd separate in airport on same day when she and i head for india or nepal, and he goes back to japan to mom again. hehe.

mom really likes her too, indeed when i'm not in kyoto she helps her sometimes about some stuff and information. they even had tea together sometimes without me until now. haha.

so we met up early evening and went to this cool bar with italian and spanish types of tapas and food. had sangria and garlic octopus, kyoto veggies pasta, chicken herb honey sauce, and cheese platter. so many things to catch up about. we both had news. she promised to visit me in shanghai and x when i'm there. hehe. her new job sound exciting too. lots of celebrities visit her work place. went to cafe and kept chatting until late, bought many things in drug store, and came home.
