live started with cantaloupe island ;)

italian, then to a live concert at night. the italian was pretty casual but had a real nice pizza and gelato. nice. had some strawberry smoothies too. the club was sooooo packed with expats and the band was real nice. the theme was great. started out with cantaloupe island. hehe. ;)
because they take cover charge at the entrance, they kind of screen the customers from the beginning, we can see all these expats that seem well off and ordering champagnes and all. everyone drinking and dancing to the music, it was fun. i talked to the service employees for a while and found out more about these events. cool. they were amazed to know i was a japanese. hehe.

on the way home in the midnight, we bumped into so many expats in halloween costumes. they come from different bars here and there. in shanghai, many people go to more than one bar on the same night in wkend. ;)
