alles ist klar!


totally back pain and health is bad so laid down and took it easy.
if you have some health condition and side effects of these, you know your body well, how to rest and what kind of way of lifestyle best matches you. for me, it feels like my back bone and hipbone is almost smashing into pieces. i cannot sit down or stand for hours but lay down often. take hot beverage and put hot shower a few times a day, massage by myself and all. then do streches, and also close my eyes for headaches and throw ups due to anemia and shoulder stiffness. i wish my body was stronger, but it's just living with it and how to deal with it in life like your basic illness is your friend. and i'm happy because of these conditions, i also understand other people's suffering feelings that have some illness in their health condition. :)))
