amsterdam next stop!? real good thing’s gonna happen this yr

and next yr, because i'm taking a big step this yr. 自分にご褒美everyday! ;) actually cheers to me everyday started when dad said it like many yrs ago. but i think it's just excuse for him to open new bottle of good red wine that he also wants to drink at dinner table. hehe. he wants it to be "sawako's celebration of life everyday." hehe. :)

slept all day and night yesterday, just made tomato sauce pasta with sausage. i still have headache and neck pain, but bit better. today, still chinese yr holiday around us, i want to cook a real delicious chinese noodle from lunch time. i want to use red paprika and tofu and shrimp. 老干媽豆豉,ginger, garlic, for flavoring. so many wonderful kinds of different noodles in outside market, i want to use egg noodle today. adding smashed tofu to noodle is what i learnt from b. it's cool, pretty unusual way and very foreigner way, because we japanese or other asians don't do that but it tasted so nice last time b made it. :)
