been cutting down money to buy food processer but can’t

because i need that money for other things, so living katsu katsu, decided to buy small grinder bowl and wooden stick for making hummus analog... and finally i did it. indeed fun. with garbanzo beans, tahini, olive oil, lemon, garlic, kumin, paprika at the end, i made hummus. found where i can buy pita bread, so i will make them again with many different flavors. sawako, 加油, la vie en rose. :) also opening my new chili gouda cheese from folks.

after japanese teaching, cozy relaxing resting. i went downstairs to get some strawberries (woohoo! strawberry season arrived and they sell thousands of pieces in boxes and you can pick them in a bag and buy the amount you want so fresh and cheaper than japan) and made pie using the pie sheets leftover. i whipped cream and cut many strawberry slices. looks cute and tastes delicious! folks liked it too.
the trick to flip over the edges of the pie sheets to make it become a pastry case is very nice trick i have learnt recently. ;) we hang out and at dinner time, i will make pesto clam pasta and salad.
