anyways, woke up from deep short sleep so early and found out coffee is almost running out. i left half a can of kirkland coffee in our shanghai new apartment that we found when i brought it for us folks in last trip. i still have some nice drip coffee that i got in tokyo tsukiji market last time i took folks to tokyo, but this one is really good one, so wanted to save for some special occasions. oh well, why not open a package or two, huh? craving for carbo but want to continue with some protein, fruits, and veggies again today. maybe from tomorrow i'll take some carbo. :)
